This is all you will need...

1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 cup bisquick
1/4 cup sugar-free caramel Torani syrup
Mix the ingredients and pour into a greased cupcake pan. This will make about 4 regular sized muffins.
Bake with desired toppings at 350 for 12-14 minutes.
The fun part is topping them with whatever sounds good! I used bacon, sausage and blueberries. If you use fruit make sure to give the muffins a couple more minutes in the oven.
Without toppings, each muffin sized pancake bite is 40 calories.
Serve with syrup or by themselves. Yum!
